I have worked for this gym since 2015 due to how much I enjoyed this unique model. I always know that I would end up in this line of work being that I reaped the benefits of being a physically fit athlete in high school. I was intrigued by how the body responds to exercise and the results it has on both the mind and body. I followed my heart and in 2010 I graduated with a B.S. in Exercise Science from Bridgewater State University. I have run marathons, triathlons and participated in fitness competitions.
