Our Classes

Each 60-minute class is split into two dynamic 30-minute blocks: small group personal training and cardio training. You can sign up for classes on the half hour, and rotate between the floor and cardio stations every 15 minutes. Our unique class format lets you focus on strength, form, and technique while also getting an energizing cardio workout in one seamless session.
